2 1/2 lbs. Chicken Tenders
For the sauce:
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. pineapple or orange juice
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
Wash chicken; pat dry. Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt. Shake chicken in paper bag with cornstarch. Dip chicken in eggs and brown in frying pan. Place chicken in baking dish. Mix sauce and pour over chicken. Bake 60-80 minutes at 350 degrees.
***We put ours over rice, so I would have liked more sauce. I'll probably double the sauce recipe for next time.
