And The Winner Is......

Any of you catch the Pillsbury Bake-Off last night on the Food Network? You know I wouldn't miss it. The prize was 1 million dollars. Yep, 1 MILLION dollars for a recipe. They had all their categories and entries in each category. Some looked quite scrumptious (especially the little salmon tarts) and some looked a little suspicious (loaded baked potato pizza). But there were lots of contenders. Bacho and I waited as they called up the final four in each category. As they were getting ready to announce the winner, I was expecting a recipe that sounded unusual, or just simply yummy. But when Sandra Lee read the winner, it was Double-Delight Peanut Butter Cookies. What!? A Peanut Butter Cookie can be worth one million dollars?? Maybe I'll enter next year with my chocolate chip cookie recipe.

I haven't tried these yet, but I'll be whipping some up very soon. If any of you decide to give them a try, let me know what you think. This must be one spectacular peanut butter cookie!

Mostly I don't like peanut butter but this does sound like an incredible cookie.

I am so glad you are back safe and sound and had a glorious trip. Hope you are feeling top o'the line.

Did I miss the part where the new little one announced boy or girl?

I really like Peanut Butter cookies. I have been in the mood for cooking more, so maybe I'll whip up a batch and let you know how they taste.
