Dear Bodie,
Last night after Family Home Evening, you were sent to time out again, for saying, "No," in your really naughty voice to your Daddy. Your little bum has made a permanent imprint in the carpet over in that corner these past couple of weeks.
While you were in that corner, you were crying and saying you were sorry. In the middle of your crying you started singing, I Am A Child Of God---tears and all. I guess when you spend that much time in time out you have to make the time pass somehow. Your Daddy and I were behind the couch where you couldn't see us. We were laughing......really hard.
We hope you don't spend so much time in time out this week. But if you do, we'd sure love to hear some more of your singing.

That's classic. We've been trying to figure out how to respond to Cora's naughty no's too-- she doesn't understand that we can tell her no and she can scream no back to us or Violet. So, a lot of work to be done all around, but maybe we'll have to find a place to get her bum imprinted on our carpet too.
