I think you have the freedom - you might just get a lot of strange looks from your neighbors.

Only when we are very young and very OLD can we do that. I feel it coming on WATCH OUT or close your eyes. It won't be cute like with your little guy it will be UGLY!
If my cheeks were that cute, I would be walking around with at least 1 hanging out!!! :)
