We went to a John Smit concert in December with Shads family, it was so good! I've always wanted to play the piano. Instead I played the Violin, sometimes I wish I still played.
Ya...that's one of my goals too...and Jon Schmidt taught my cousins piano...how lucky are they...
I heard this one just today & I love it. They are amazing!
funny, I've been listening to that today too. He just performed that at a piano teacher training - he's so great! I'm working on one of his songs for my recital soon - since the kids love to hear it
PS - if you want to learn to play like him, get his Fun Songs book - it has a section on how to learn using a new method - his - and has great songs as well. Its all on his website. My favorite to play is Dumb Song

Carson and I listened to the song over breakfast this morning and loved it! We both had our spoons swinging in the air, moving to the music!
I just listened to this with Addy and she kept saying "Cool song! Cool song! I want to be that boy! (Jon Schmidt)" When I turned it off she kept saying "NO! More! More!" He's a great artist - I have a few of his cds for those days I need to mellow out.
